Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide customer technical support in digital signage, industrial displays, and visualization systems.
Responsibilities: Resolve customer technical issues on-site or remotely. Support installation, setup, and commissioning. Perform fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance. Prepare technical documents and reports.
Requirements: Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering. Experience in display systems or industrial electronics. Willingness to travel. Customer-oriented mindset.
